Jack grew up in the Southland region and moved to Dunedin to train at Otago University. For his final year of placement Jack moved up to Wellington to try out big city life and has been studying and working in the Capital for the last three years. During this time he developed skills working with Elite sports athletes, Premier and Representative Rugby teams and completed his post graduate certificate in manipulative therapy. It was always his dream to move home to the southern region and live and work in Queenstown.

Jack is a keen Snow Skier and Mountain biker, he loves anything outdoors that involves dirt, snow or water. During high school Jack played Rugby, Football and Volleyball but is passionate about all sports.

Jack was drawn to physiotherapy as a career because he enjoys helping people. Jacks philosophy is to strengthen and retrain the body to become more robust against overuse and acute trauma, getting you back to the activities you love and remain that way. Jack uses myofascial release, joint mobilisation, Dry needling and taping as part of his treatments. He is also very keen on teaching people how to maintain their own bodies independently long term.

You will find Jack out in our Frankton Clinic
