May Newsletter – trochanteric bursitis

This month we take a look at proprioception and importance of this phase of your recovery and its role in helping preventing re injury. We also look at that niggling hip pain so many of us experience, trochanteric bursitis. It is important to get the right exercises to help address this injury.
